Stop Family Violence is presented by Canada's Family Violence Initiative<http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/sfv-avf/initiative-eng.php>, which brings together 15 federal government departments and agencies to prevent and respond to family violence. IV. Research opportunities, grants and funding

Funding opportunity: SVRI Grant 2015<https://proposalcentral.altum.com/>. SVRI Grant 2015 aims to support research or research related activities that will strengthen the evidence base for the prevention of sexual and intimate partner violence in low and middle income countries. Grants are for a maximum of 12 months duration, and grants to a maximum of USD100,000 may be awarded. Awards will only be made to institutions and not to individuals. The Office for Victims of Crime is pleased to announce the availability of professional development scholarships to those who work with victims of crime.
